"Outstanding! I was referred to Lori by my partner who recently bundled his homeowners and auto insurance with Lori. So, I decided to get a quote for a bundle. My visit with Lori exceeded my expectations. She was extremely personable, reviewed all of my policies, my home, auto, motorcycle and travel trailer. She explained all of the changes in detail (in plain English, Not insurance jargon). I got a heck of a discount. I would recommend her to everyone! If you have insurance, of any type, I highly recommend that you let her review your policies and see if you can save some of your hard earned money. You have nothing to lose. The office atmosphere and staff is welcoming and customer service oriented, which is something that is lacking in business today. Going to see Lori was a great decision.
