I’ve been working at State Farm in different capacities since I was 16, but really developed a passion for selling life and health insurance last year when I saw how it could drastically change peoples lives after experiencing devastating loss. For the last seven years, I’ve pursued degrees in Medical Assisting, Christian Education, Outreach, and Communications and Mass Media. I’m a natural planner, but I never could have imagined myself getting to serve people with insurance. Hi everyone! My name is Ariana. I am one of the Account Representative’s at Lori Coucke State Farm. An interesting side note is that Lori is my mother-in-law. I am a new mom as of February this year, and if you come see me in the office there’s a good chance you will get to meet my son, Theo. Before coming to State Farm, I worked in a gym setting for 5 years. I am passionate about health and wellness, and helping people take care of themselves, something I now get to do by providing insurance. My friends and family would describe me as joyful, compassionate, disciplined, and resourceful, which can be helpful to someone trying to get quality insurance while keeping a budget in mind. As a new homeowner myself, I am aware of the process of closing on a home and making sure your insurance is covering you sufficiently. Hey y’all! My name is Allison, and I am one of the Account Representative at Lori Coucke State Farm. I’m here to give you a creative experience and make sure your policies get issued. I often get confused as Lori’s daughter or Morgan’s sister, and while I may not be related by blood, I still consider them family. I’ve been married to my husband, Christian, 5 years, and we have one amazing child. In my free time you’ll find me either baking or painting window splashes. I am also involved with the worship team at our church. I love Jesus, family, music, and helping others. I love our office because it encompasses all these things. Hi everyone! My name is Caty. I am one of the Account Representatives and Billing Specialist at Lori Coucke State Farm. They say time flies when you are having fun, and I can attest to that statement. It’s hard to believe I’ve been on the team for almost a year. Like everyone else in this office, I’m related to the agent (Lori is my aunt). I have my degree in Christian Ministries and interned at Highlands College in their placement department. I’m naturally administrative and help everyone in the office keep up with appointments and I help our customers with questions, updates, billing, and reviews. Outside of work I enjoy serving as a Dream Team Host at Church of the Highlands, spending time with friends and family, exploring the outdoors, and traveling to exotic places.
